No. 984410-D / 201201010890) ("Vastiq", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use our website or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (the "PDPA").

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

• Enquiry details you give us: your name, company or organisation, email address, the service you are interested in, your facility type, and the project details you write in the message or project brief.
• Consent record: your confirmation that you agree to us processing your personal data for your enquiry.
• Direct contact: any details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
• Technical data: basic information such as your IP address and browser type, which our web hosting and the services that load content on our site (for example, Google Fonts) may receive automatically when your browser connects to them.

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
